Whole Mackerel 2 Extra Large

Mackerels are very slender with an elongated round body, ours are not gutted or scaled (400-500g). They are usually deep blue and black on the back with dark vertical stripes and silver micro scales. Due to the Mackerel’s constant movement, its flesh is more muscular and darker in colour. Wild line-caught North of Scotland, our Mackerel usually 2fish per bag. Their meaty texture and rich taste, makes them perfect for grilling or frying.
