Serving Suggestion

Because coated fries stay hot and crispy longer than any ordinary fries, Stealth fries are ideal for take-out menus. Serve with a variety of dips and sauces. They are an outstanding menu item served with melted cheese, chili or as nachos.

Preparation

Convection Oven: 400F for 10-12 minutes. Arrange frozen product in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Turn product halfway through baking time.
